If you wish to return a product to us, please contact us at:
describing the reason for returning the product. In general, unopened items that are in resalable condition may be returned to Betty's Cat Shop within 7 days of receipt of your order. Sorry, but we are unable to refund shipping costs. If the product is being returned due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part, we will absorb the shipping charges in most cases.

None of these products are intended to take the place of a veterinarian's treatment or advice. Product descriptions are based on claims made by the manufacturer of each item and we act solely as a reseller of the product. We do not manufacture any of the pet products sold on this web site. While we have never had any reports of major problems with any product that we have ever sold, there is always the possibility that a product may not perform in a manner as suggested by the manufacturer. Any damage or liability claims should be taken up with the manufacturer. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unhappy with the performance of any product, as we want all of our customers to be satisfied with our service.
We are not responsible for typographical errors. Manufacturers are famous for changing the weights and sizes of their products to cut costs, in which case we will ship the comparable replacement. All measurements and sizes are approximations of the actual product (particularly on natural products like rawhide bones). Sale items are limited to stock on hand. Actual color and/or pattern of product may differ from image. Actual product packaging may differ from those illustrated. Always be sure to read product labeling for correct procedure for proper use.
